A. As soon as you make your order your account will be active in less than 8 hours.

Q. The server is Dedicated or VPS ?

A. It is a VPS (Virtual Private Server) .

Q. Does your server support large websites ?

A. As concerns the size of the disk page we can support websites up to 500 MBs

As concerns the bandwidth we will not allow more than 5 GB per month per website. If your website is more demanded then we can not support you .

Q. What makes you different from other Web hosting providers ?

A. Our main difference is that we have very few websites on our server and we have better response time on your requests. In other words, your website is not getting squeezed !

Q. What type of content can I publish on my website ?

A. Prohibited content such as Pornography, nudity, and sex-related merchandising are not allowed on EasyHostingService.com Server. This includes sites that may infer sexual content; links to such adult content elsewhere are also prohibited.

Sites that promote any illegal activity, such as Warez sites, are prohibited; links to such materials are not allowed. Actual files, including but not limited to pirated software, hacker programs, cracks, and Illegal MP3 files, are strictly prohibited from being stored on EasyHostingService.com servers.

Examples of unacceptable content include the following: Pirated software, Hacker programs or archives, Illegal MP3 files or archives. Adult content is not allowed on any hosting plans.

EasyHostingService.com reserves the right to remove any material from Client's web space that considered unacceptable by us. EasyHostingService.com reserves the right to terminate Client's account without refund at our discretion if said material is discovered. EasyHostingService.com is the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of the above provisions.

Q. Can I send thousands of emails every day ?

A. We are against SPAM usage. So if our team has proofs that you are a SPAMMER we will shut down your website immediately without second thought.

Q. Why do you have so low rates ?

A. This service is aimed for our clients. We wanted in the first place to give our clients and partners a reliable and afordable hosting solution.

Q. What are my payment options ?

A. Our main payment provider is PayPal but you can use MoneyBookers as well.

If you are resident in Greece then please contact us to give you our bank account details in order to make the payment to the NBG.

Q. Which billing cycles are available ?

A. You can choose to pay:

• either per 3 months
• or per year

Q. I see that you changed the rates,why ? Will this affect my current account ?

A. We have changed the structure of the Web Hosting Department and there were some schanges to the hosting plans too, so we had to change the rates as well. Keep in mind though that we still have very low rates ! We kept our 1 Euro per month plan too !

For the clients that already have a website on our servers there will be NO CHANGE on their account and Plans.

Q. Do you have a setup fee ?

A. Yes there is a charge of 15.00 Euro per new domain. This fee is for lifetime and after each yearly update it is not caclulated at the cost.

The setup fee is a minimum one hour work cost.During this work we create the account, send the related emails and make sure that the account has been setup correctly.

Q. How can I find my Incoming Mail Server ?

A. Use your domain as your Incoming Mail Server.

Q. How can I upload files on my website ?

A. You have two options. Either from within the cPanel File Management utility or by using an FTP client ( we suggest the FREE and open source FileZilla ftp client).

Q. How can I visit my website's Control Panel ?

A. If your domain is for example peperone.com then you can always visit your Control Panel at the following location http://www.peperone.com/cpanel/ or here http://www.peperone.com:2082/
